Modern Architecture + Design Society announced on Thursday that it is taking its Houston Modern Home Tour virtual this year.

The 10th annual event, scheduled for Nov. 1, will present modern architecture and designs in Houston.

ELECTION 2020: MTV announces Discovery Green art installation to celebrate early voting

“We are very fortunate to have found a solution to keep hosting our ‘live’ events during these unprecedented times,” Modern Architecture + Design Society founder James Leasure said in the release. “We can explore the homes as a group and present the architect/builder/designer’s story while keeping all participants, homeowners, and tour-goers safe.”

A curated selection of homes will be showcased online using 3D imaging, with a host and project architect leading a discussion.

Tour participants include a modern home designed by Scott Ballard that features a roof deck with a jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen; a home designed by On Point Custom Homes that is Americans with Disabilities Act compliant; and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-certified prefabricated construction home designed by Intexure Architects + Boxprefab.

You can also expect to see a new home by Gary R Chandler Architecture & Interiors that combines modern design with elegant decor.

Tickets are $40 each and can be purchased online.
